The Oil States Rotary Selector Valve with Actuator (RSV) gives proven performance where highly efficient fluid control systems and two-way diagnostic communications are needed. Compact design, fewer moving parts and simple installation ensures that the RSV will give long, trouble free life.

Internal Teflon bearings provide smooth operation with reduced maintenance requirements. The larger 3-inch and 4-inch models utilize taper roller bearings. Self-cleaning design reduces scale, paraffin and product build up. Fewer sealing surface reduce the risk of leakage.

The RSV will manifold up to 8 flowlines via 8 inlet ports with your choice of pipe thread or ANSI Class 150, 300, 600, 900 or 1500 RF flanged connections. Valves are standard H2S service certified with optional Electroless/Teflon coating for chemical and offshore service. Automation can be added at anytime.

The Actuator is built to tough standards with a marine grade LM20 cast aluminum housing, clear-view indicator and easy to read on-board switches. Internal architecture has been simplified to reduce maintenance costs. Piezo-resistive sensors supply precision torque measurements, while the positional accuracy is maintained to 0.5 degrees.
