• 5-10 years progressive HR experience. • Strong leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Hands on knowledge of compensation plan design and administration. • Working knowledge of EEO and wage and hour legislation. • Familiarity with benefit plan policies and procedures. • Strong analytical, problem solving and business skills. • PHR or SPHR required. CCP certification highly desired. |

| Responsibilities: |
|
• Manage HR policies and programs for approximately 600 employees with emphasis on staffing and employee relations. • Manage recruiting and retention strategies to ensure staffing goals are achieved. • Manage the company’s salaried, hourly and incentive pay programs. • Communicate and administer corporate and division HR policies and procedures. • Administer the company’s performance management programs such as training, development, appraisals, counseling and corrective action. • Communicate and administer corporate employee benefit programs. • Direct and develop the division’s employee relations and communication strategies. • Insure that the division is in compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. • Position reports the President of Drilling Rig Services. |
